| 产品描述: | Pep-1 peptide is a well-known cell penetrating peptide (PTD, protein transduction domain) that transports full-length proteins to the nucleus of the cell. Pep-1 is a short amphipathic peptide consisted of a hydrophobic tryptophan-rich domain and a hydrophilic lysine-rich domain separated by a spacer. Pep-1 localizes rapidly (<10 min) to the nucleus of the cell via an endocytosis-independent internalization process. The Pep-1 peptide is able to efficiently deliver a variety of peptides and proteins in living cells in a fully biological active form. |

磷脂交换蛋白(phospholipid exchang proteins, PEP)
PEP是一种水溶性的载体蛋白,可以在不同的膜结合细胞器之间转移磷脂。转移的过程是: PEP首先与磷脂分子结合, 形成水溶性的复合物进入细胞质基质中, 通过自由扩散, 直至遇上其它的膜时, PEP将磷脂释放出来,并插在膜上,结果使磷脂从磷脂含量高的膜上转移到缺少磷脂的膜上, 即从磷脂合成的部位内质网转向线粒体或过氧化物酶体上。
