LS-F7883 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Rat CDNF / ARMETL1 in samples of Cell Lysates, Plasma, Serum and Tissue Homogenates. It is based upon a Sandwich assay principle and can be used to detect levels of CDNF / ARMETL1 as low as 0.056 nanograms per millilter.
About CDNF / ARMETL1
Trophic factor for dopamine neurons. Prevents the 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA)-induced degeneration of dopaminergic neurons.
