LS-F5061 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the detection of Human CDK2 in samples of Tissue Homogenates. It is based upon a Sandwich assay principle and can be used to detect levels of CDK2 as low as 0.113 nanograms per millilter.
About CDK2
Serine/threonine-protein kinase involved in the control of the cell cycle; essential for meiosis, but dispensable for mitosis. Phosphorylates CTNNB1, USP37, p53/TP53, NPM1, CDK7, RB1, BRCA2, MYC, NPAT, EZH2. Interacts with cyclins A, B1, B3, D, or E. Triggers duplication of centrosomes and DNA. P24941NM_001798NP_001789.2
CDK2 ElisaKit, Cell division protein kinase 2 ElisaKit, CDC2-related protein kinase ElisaKit, p33 protein kinase ElisaKit, p33(CDK2) ElisaKit, CDKN2 ElisaKit, Cyclin-dependent kinase 2 ElisaKit
Cyclin Dependent Kinase 2 (CDK2) No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Cyclin Dependent Kinase 2 (CDK2) and analogs was observed.

Quality Assurance
Due to their limited shelf life, LSBio ELISA kits are not typically stocked as finished goods. Upon receipt of an order each kit is assembled and tested to ensure that it meets specifications before shipping. Minor changes may occur to the Range, Sensitivity, and Precision. In the event of a significant change the order would be confirmed with the customer before shipping ELISA kit lot numbers reflect the date of final assembly and testing for each specific kit rather than a bulk manufactured lot. All kits are tested to confirm that they fall within their defined Inter- and Intra- assay coefficient of variation.
