Product Description

LS-F4584 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the detection of Human BRCA1 in samples of Cell Lysates and Tissue Homogenates. It is based upon a Sandwich assay principle and can be used to detect levels of BRCA1 as low as 0.065 nanograms per millilter.
About BRCA1
E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that specifically mediates the formation of 'Lys-6'-linked polyubiquitin chains and plays a central role in DNA repair by facilitating cellular responses to DNA damage. It is unclear whether it also mediates the formation of other types of polyubiquitin chains.
