Propidium Iodide染色试剂盒产品简介:
PI染色细胞凋亡检测试剂盒是采用PI染细胞核的方法检测细胞的状态。Propidium Iodide是一种DNA结合性染料,其激发和发射波长分别为488nm和630nm,产生红色荧光,但无膜通透性,不能透过活细胞膜,只能染死细胞。因此,在荧光显微镜下观察,正常细胞不能着色,早期凋亡细胞呈微弱红光,晚期凋亡细胞红光加强,坏死细胞呈强红色荧光。PI-DNA复合物的激发波长是535nm。
