关于CXCL6/GCP-2：
Chemokine (C-X-C-Motif) Ligand 6 (CXCL6) is a small cytokine belonging to the CXC chemokine family. It is a potent neutrophil chemotactic and activating factor and it exhibits extensive similarity to other CXC chemokines such as IL-8 and ENA-78. CXCL6 can promote the release of MMP-9 from granulocytes indicating its potential role as an inflammatory mediator. It functionally uses both of the IL-8/CXCL8 receptors to chemoattract neutrophils but that is structurally most related to epithelial cell-derived neutrophil attractant-78 (ENA-78)/CXCL5. The human CXCL6 gene has been cloned and is physically mapped to the CXC chemokine locus on chromosome 4. Mature human CXCL6 is a 75 amino acid (aa) protein with a predicted molecular weight of approximately 8 kDa. Human CXCL6 shares 60% and 67% aa identity with mouse and bovine CXCL6, respectively.

关于CNDP1：
Carnosine Dipeptidase 1 (CNDP1) belongs to the M20 metalloprotease family. CNDP1 is specifically expressed in the brain, serum and adult nervous central system. It is identified as human carnosinase. CNDP1 contains trinucleotide (CTG) repeat length polymorphism in the coding region and is inhibited by the metal chelator 1,10-o-phenantrolin. In addition, CNDP1 can hydrolyse the beta-Ala|-His dipeptide (carnosine), anserine, Xaa-|-His dipeptides and other dipeptides including homocarnosine. CNDP1 deficiency has been associated with homocarnosinosis disease.

The CD155 ligand CD96 is a member of the Ig superfamily. Its a immunoglobulin-like protein tentatively allocated to the repertoire of human NK receptors. NK cells recognize poliovirus receptor (PVR), anectins and nectin-like protein family member serve to mediate cell-cell adhesion, cell migration, with the presence of an additional receptor, CD96. CD96 promotes NK cell adhesion to target cells expressing PVR, stimulates cytotoxicity of activated NK cells, and mediates acquisition of PVR from target cells.
