关于CEACAM8：
Carcinoembryonic Antigen-Related Cell Adhesion Molecule 8 (CEACAM8) is a single chain, GPI-anchored, highly glycosylated protein which belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily and the carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) family. CEACAM8 is expressed by neutrophils and eosinophils, and serves as a binding partner for CEACAM-6 and Galectin-3. It contains two Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domains and one Ig-like V-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain. Mature human CEACAM8 is a 287 amino acid GPI-linked glycoprotein. CEACAM family members are a set of widely expressed proteins involved in several biological functions, including cell adhesion, migration, signal transduction, and the regulation of gene expression. Abnormal overexpression and downregulation of some CEACAMs have been described in tumor cells.

关于VCP：
Valosin-Containing Protein (VCP) is a nuclear protein that belongs to the AAA ATPase family. VCP is a putative ATP-binding protein involved in vesicle transport and fusion, 26S proteasome function, and assembly of peroxisomes. It is necessary for the fragmentation of Golgi stacks during mitosis and their reassembly after mitosis. VCP has been implicated in a number of cellular events that are regulated during mitosis, including homotypic membrane fusion, spindle pole body function, and ubiquitin-dependent protein degradation. VCP participates in the formation of the transitional endoplasmic reticulum (tER) and regulates E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase activity of RNF19A.

关于DPEP1：
Dipeptidase 1 (DPEP1) is a kidney membrane enzyme that belongs to the peptidase M19 family. DPEP1 is a homodimer and is inhibited by L-penicillamine. DPEP1 hydrolyzes a variety of dipeptides and is implicated in renal metabolism of glutathione and its conjugates. DPEP1 is responsible for hydrolysis of the beta-lactam ring of antibiotics, such as penem and carbapenem. DPEP1 may play an important role in the regulation of leukotriene activity. DPEP1 expression in cancer is significantly higher than that in normal tissue. However, DPEP1 expression decreased with pathological differentiation, lymph-node and distant metastasis.
