关于PMM2:
Phosphomannomutase 2 (PMM2) is an enzyme that is a member of the highly variable methyltransferase superfamily. PMM2 is a cytoplasmic protein and catalyzes the isomerization of mannose 6-phosphate to mannose 1-phosphate.In addition, PMM2 involved in the synthesis of the GDP-mannose and dolichol-phosphate-mannose that required for a number of critical mannosyl transfer reactions. Defects in PMM2 can results in congenital disorder of glycosylation type 1A (CDG1A). Congenital disorders of glycosylation are metabolic deficiencies in glycoprotein biosynthesis that usually cause severe mental and psychomotor retardation.

Galectin-3(LGALS3) is also known as Galactose-specific lectin 3, Mac-2 antigen, Carbohydrate-binding protein 35, Laminin-binding protein and Galactoside-binding protein. LGALS3 is highly expressed in early stages of papillary carcinoma, and lowly during tumor progression. LGALS3 is probably forms homo- or heterodimers and secreted by a non-classical secretory pathway and associates with the cell surface. LGALS3 plays an important role during the acquisition of vasculogenic mimicry and angiogenic properties. LGLAS3 takes part in an immune regulator to inhibit T-cell immune responses and promote tumor growth, as a result providing a new mechanism for tumor immune tolerance.

关于HMGB2:
High Mobility Group Protein B2 (HMGB2) belongs to the non-histone chromosomal high-mobility group protein family. Members of this family are chromatin-associated and widely spread in the nucleus of higher eukaryotic cells. HMGB2 contains 2 HMG box DNA-binding domains. It is associated with chromatin and has the ability to bend DNA, preferentially single-stranded DNA. It is shown that HMGB2 is able to efficiently bend DNA and form DNA circles. In addition, HMGB2 is involved in the final ligation step in DNA end-joining processes of DNA double-strand breaks repair and V(D)J recombination.

关于CDH6:
Cadherin-6 (CDH6) is a type-II classic cadherin cell-cell adhesion molecules, which are expressed in graded or areal patterns, as well as layer-specific patterns, in the cortical plate. Human Cadherin-6 is synthesized as a 790 aa type I transmembrane glycoprotein that contains a 18 aa signal peptide, a 35 aa propeptide, a 562 aa extracellular region, a 21 aa transmembrane segment, and a 154 aa cytoplasmic domain. There are five cadherin domains of approximately 110 aa each in the extracellular region. Cadherin-6 has high expression in kidney, brain, and cerebellum, and may contribute to the formation of the segmental structure of the early brain, as well as the development of renal proximal tubules. Weak expression is also detected in lung, pancreas, gastric mucosa and cytotrophoblasts. As a classic cadherin, Cadherin-6 will form homodimers and promote intercellular adhesion with itself and, possibly, Cadherin-9 and -14.
