关于CNDP1: Carnosine Dipeptidase 1 (CNDP1) belongs to the M20 metalloprotease family. CNDP1 is specifically expressed in the brain, serum and adult nervous central system. It is identified as human carnosinase. CNDP1 contains trinucleotide (CTG) repeat length polymorphism in the coding region and is inhibited by the metal chelator 1,10-o-phenantrolin. In addition, CNDP1 can hydrolyse the beta-Ala|-His dipeptide (carnosine), anserine, Xaa-|-His dipeptides and other dipeptides including homocarnosine. CNDP1 deficiency has been associated with homocarnosinosis disease.

关于SOD2: Superoxide Dismutase (SOD2) is a number of the iron/manganese superoxide dismutase family. SOD2 is a mitochondrial protein that forms a homotetramer and binds one manganese ion per subunit. The SOD2 protein transforms toxic superoxide and a byproduct of the mitochondrial electron transport chain into hydrogen peroxide and diatomic oxygen. Genetic variation in SOD2 is associated with microvascular complications of diabetes type 6 (MVCD6), idiopathic cardiomyopathy (IDC), sporadic motor neuron disease, and cancer. SOD2 destroys superoxide anion radicals which are usually produced within the cells and which are toxic to biological systems.
关于CXCL8/IL-8: Interleukin-8 (IL-8) belongs to the neutrophil-specific CXC family of chemokines. It is one of the initial cytokines released from a variety of cell types, including T cells, endothelial cells and fibroblasts, in response to an inflammatory stimulus and acts by recruiting neutrophils, T-cells and basophils to the site of inflammation. Elevated Interleukin-8 levels are associated with the onset of a variety of disease states.
关于BNIP3: BCL2/Adenovirus E1B 19 kDa Protein-Iinteracting Protein 3 (BNIP3) is a single-pass membrane protein. BNIP3 is a member of the NIP3 family. BNIP3 contains a single Bcl-2 homology 3 domain and interacts with the E1B 19 kDa protein. BNIP3 have been associated with pro-apoptotic function. BNIP3 is an apoptosis-inducing protein that can overcome BCL2 suppression. It plays a role in repartitioning calcium between the two major intracellular calcium stores in association with BCL2. BNIP3 involved in mitochondrial quality control via its interaction with SPATA18/MIEAP, response to mitochondrial damage, participates to mitochondrial protein catabolic process.
