本产品为进口分装，不含DNA酶、RNA酶和蛋白酶(DNase, RNase & Protease free)，纯度>99%。 干燥失重低于0.5%，氧化DTT含量低于0.5%。
DTT是常用还原剂，有抗氧化作用。DTT和巯基乙醇相比，作用相似，但DTT的刺激性气味要小很多，毒性也比巯基乙醇低很多。而且DTT比巯基乙醇的浓度低7倍时，两者效果相近。但DTT价格略高一些。
本产品常用于各种常见分子生物学、生物化学等溶液的配制。
