一般描述
末端转移酶可催化模板独立地将脱氧和双脱氧核苷三磷酸加成到双链和单链DNA片段以及寡核苷酸的3′-OH 末端。末端转移酶可插入地gao辛、生物素和荧光染料标记的脱氧和双脱氧核苷三磷酸以及放射性标记的脱氧和双脱氧核苷三磷酸。所提供的5倍浓缩反应缓冲液可实现对所有类型双链DNA末端的最佳加尾：带有3′的平末端；突出或带有5′突出 。对于3′突出可获得最高的插入率。
应用
使用末端转移酶将核苷酸添加到双链或单链DNA片段的3′-OH末端，例如：
- 用dNTP加尾：向DNA片段添加同聚物尾
- 用放射性或化学修饰的核苷酸标记双链和单链DNA和寡核苷酸（如DIG-dUTP）
用ddNTP进行3′-末端标记：
用放射性或化学修饰的双脱氧核苷酸标记双链和单链DNA和寡核苷酸（如DIG-ddUTP）
