Peptidyl-Prolyl Cis-Trans Isomerase FKBP7 (FKBP7) is a member of the FKBP-type peptidyl-prolyl cis/trans isomerase (PPIase) family. FKBP7 contains two EF-hand domains and one PPIase FKBP-type domain. FKBP7 exhibits PPIase activity and function as molecular chaperones. In addition, FKBP7 accelerates the folding of proteins during protein synthesis. It has been shown that Hsp90 complex to the nucleus bind its PPIase domain to cytoplasmic dynein, the motor protein responsible for retrograde movement along microtubules.

关于PROC：
Vitamin K-Dependent Protein C (PROC) is a serine protease that belongs to the peptidase S1 family. Human PROC is synthesized as a single chain precursor, which is cleaved into a light chain and a heavy chain held together by a disulfide bond. PROC is expressed in plasma and liver. PROC contains one peptidase S1 domain, one Gla (γ-carboxy-glutamate) domain and two EGF-like domains. PROC is a vitamin K-dependent serine protease that regulates blood coagulation by inactivating factors Va and VIIIa in the presence of calcium ions and phospholipids. Defects in PROC are the cause of thrombophilia due to protein C deficiency, autosomal dominant (THPH3) and autosomal recessive (THPH4).

SH3KBP1 plays a role in the regulation of endo*(代"c")ytosis and lysosomal degradation of ligand-induced receptor tyrosine kinases. SH3KBP1 is involved in regulation of ligand-dependent endo*(代"c")ytosis of the IgE receptor and in the regulation of cellular stress response via the MAPK pathways. SH3KBP1 is also required for the control of cell shape and migration.
