Interleukin-8 (IL-8) belongs to the neutrophil-specific CXC family of chemokines. Phosphoserine phosphatase (PSP) is an enzyme that belongs to the serB family. PSPH catalyzes magnesium-dependent hydrolysis of L-phosphoserine and is also involved in an exchange reaction between L-serine and L-phosphoserine. The reaction mechanism proceeds via the formation of a phosphoryl-enzyme intermediates. Deficiency of this protein is thought to be linked to Williams syndrome. A disorder that results in pre- and postnatal growth retardation, moderate psychomotor retardation and facial features suggestive of Williams syndrome.

关于IL-35：
Interleukin-35 is a newest and potent suppressive cytokine of the IL-12 family. Unlike other members of the IL-12 family which are produced mainly by antigen-presenting cells (APCs), IL-35 has been identified as a potentially immunosuppressive cytokine primarily produced by regulatory T (Treg) cells, and to a lesser extent by activated dendritic cells and macrophages. IL-35 is composed of the IL-12 p35 subunit and the IL-27 Epstein–Barr virus-induced protein 3 (EBI3) subunit. IL-35 plays an important role in many disease models and has been recently shown to have additional functions aside from inhibition of proliferation, including inducing its own expression in non-Treg cells.

NIP7 contains one PUA domain, it is essential for the process of proper 27S pre-rRNA and 60S ribosome subunit assembly. NIP7 is a monomer form and interacts with NOL8 and SBDS, and may bind to RNA. In addition, NIP7 is one of the many trans-acting factors required for eukaryotic ribosome biogenesis, which interacts with nascent pre-ribosomal particles and dissociates as they complete maturation and are exported to the cytoplasm.
