本制品是兔抗Mast Cel多克隆抗体，采用蛋白A亲和纯化方法制成，可与人、小鼠、大鼠、绵羊、豚鼠、G源的Mast Cell Chymase产生特异性结合，储存于0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol中，短期4℃运输即可，长期应存储于-20℃，避免反复冻融，Mast Cell Chymase表达于细胞浆，分子量为25kDa，应用于肿瘤、心血管、细胞生物、免疫学、信号转导、细胞骨架等科研领域。Mast Cell Chymase抗体常用于以下实验：
WB=1:100-500 ELISA=1:500-1000 IHC-P=1:100-500 IHC-F=1:100-500 Flow-Cyt=1:20-500 IF=1:100-500 (石蜡切片需做抗原修复)
本品默认为不标记抗体，但可以根据客户要求提供Cy3、PE、FITC、HRP、Biotin、AP、Cy5、APC、Cy7、RBITC、Cy5.5等酶或荧光素偶联物标记的Mast Cell Chymase抗体。
