本制品是兔抗Laminin多克隆抗体，采用蛋白A亲和纯化方法制成，可与人、小鼠、大鼠、狗、奶牛、马、兔、绵羊源的Lamininα 4产生特异性结合，储存于0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol中，短期4℃运输即可，长期应存储于-20℃，避免反复冻融，Lamininα 4表达于细胞膜，分子量为200kDa，应用于肿瘤、神经生物学、信号转导、细胞粘附分子、细胞外基质等科研领域。Lamininα 4抗体常用于以下实验：
WB=1:100-500 ELISA=1:500-1000 IHC-P=1:100-500 IHC-F=1:100-500 ICC=1:100-500 IF=1:100-500 (石蜡切片需做抗原修复)
本品默认为不标记抗体，但可以根据客户要求提供AP、Cy5、Biotin、Cy5.5、HRP、Cy3、RBITC、PE、Cy7、APC、FITC等酶或荧光素偶联物标记的Lamininα 4抗体。
