关于VSIG2：
V-Set and Immunoglobulin Domain-Containing Protein 2 (VSIG2) is presumably a 50-60 kDa single-pass type I transmembrane (glyco)protein which contains one Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain and one Ig-like V-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain. VSIG2 is highly expressed in the stomach, colon, prostate, trachea and thyroid glands and weakly in bladder and lung. V-set domains are Ig-like domains resembling the antibody variable domain. V-set domains are found in diverse protein families, including immunoglobulin light and heavy chains, in several T-cell receptors such as CD2 (Cluster of Differentiation 2), CD4, CD80, and CD86, in myelin membrane adhesion molecules, in junction adhesion molecules (JAM), in tyrosine-protein kinase receptors, and in the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD1). It shows expression in stomach and prostate by Northern blot, and likely participates in cell adhesion. Human VSIG2 precursor is 327 amino acids in length.

lysozyme C is a secreted protein and belongs to the glycosyl hydrolase 22 family. Lysozymes have primarily a bacteriolytic function, damage bacterial cell walls by catalyzing hydrolysis of 1,4-beta-linkages between N-acetylmuramic acid and N-acetyl-D-glucosamine residues in a peptidoglycan and between N-acetyl-D-glucosamine residues in chitodextrins. Those in tissues and body fluids are associated with the monocyte-macrophage system and enhance the activity of immunoagents. Lysozyme C is capable of both hydrolysis and transglycosylation; it shows also a slight esterase activity. It acts rapidly on both peptide-substituted and unsubstituted peptidoglycan, and slowly on chitin oligosaccharides.

关于proHB-EGF：
Heparin-binding EGF-like growth factor (HB-EGF) is a 12­16 kDa member of the epidermal growth factor (EGF) family. It possesses an EGF­like domain, and a heparin-binding motif. Mature HB­EGF is a soluble peptide that arises from proteolytic processing of the transmembrane form. Human HB­EGF shows 76% and 73% aa sequence identity with rat and mouse HB­EGF, respectively. It is required for normal cardiac valve formation and normal heart function, promotes smooth muscle cell proliferation. It may be involved in macrophage-mediated cellular proliferation; it is mitogenic for fibroblasts, but not endothelial cells. HB­EGF classified as a group 2 ErbB ligand based on its ability to activate both the EGF/ErbB1 and ErbB4 receptors. Activity associated with ErbB4 binding appears to be limited to non­mitogenic actions, while EGFR binding induces both mitogenic and non­mitogenic activity.

关于TIGIT：
T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT), also called VSIG9 and Vstm3, is a member of the CD28 family within the Ig superfamily of proteins. TIGIT contains an immunoglobulin variable domain, a transmembrane domain and an immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif (ITIM), and is expressed on regulatory, memory, activated T cells and NK cells. TIGIT binds to CD155(PVR) that appear on dendritic cells (DC), macrophages and endothelium with high affinity, and CD112(PVRL2) with lower affinity, but not CD113 (PVRL3). TIGIT-Fc fusion protein could interact with PVR on DC and enhance the secretion of IL-10, but inhibit the macrophage activation. Mice lacking TIGIT show increased T cell responses and susceptibility to autoimmune challenges, while knockdown of TIGIT with siRNA in human memory T cells did not affect T cell responses.
