关于Ephrin-A1：
Ephrin-A1 is a member of the A-type ephrin family of cell surface proteins that function as ligands for the A-type Eph receptor tyrosine kinase family. Ephrin-A1 can be induced by TNF and IL1B. Its expression levels can be down-regulated in primary glioma tissues comp*(代"a")red to the normal tissues. The soluble monomeric form is expressed in the glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) and breast cancer cells. Soluble Ephrin-A1 is necessary for the transformation of HeLa and SK-BR3 cells and participates in the relocalization of EPHA2 away from sites of cell-cell contact during transformation. Ephrin-A1 plays an important role in angiogenesis and tumor neovascularization.

关于Myocilin：
Myocilin is a variably glycosylated 65kD secreted polypeptide. Myocilin is a member of Olfactomedin-related protein family. Myocilin is expressed in large amounts in various types of muscle, ciliary body, papillary sphincter, skeletal muscle, heart and other tissues. Myocilin is predominantly expressed in the retina. In normal eyes, it is found in the inner uveal meshwork region and the anterior portion of the meshwork. In contrast, in many glaucomatous eyes, it is found in more regions of the meshwork and appeared more intensively than in normal eyes, regardless of the type or clinical severity of glaucoma. Myocilin may participate in the obstruction of fluid outflow in the trabecular meshwork.

cGMP-Dependent Protein Kinase 1 (PRKG1) belongs to the protein kinase superfamily and AGC Ser/Thr protein kinase family. PRKG1 contains one AGC-kinase C-terminal domain, two cyclic nucleotide-binding domains, and one protein kinase domain. PRKG1 is mainly expressed in the lung and placenta. PRKG1 acts as a key mediator of the nitric oxide (NO)/cGMP signaling pathway.
