Human Chemokine (C-C Motif) Ligand 27 (CCL27) is a small cytokine that is a member of the CC chemokine family; it is expressed in numerous tissues, including gonads, thymus, placenta and skin. CCL27 elicits its chemotactic effects by binding to the chemokine receptor CCR10. Predominantly expressed in the skin, CCL27 is associated with T cell-mediated inflammation of the skin. Human and Mouse CCL27 share 84% sequence identity in the mature form.

  热稳定性dUTPase可以最大限度地提高高保真性PCR效率，可以去除dNTPs溶液和PCR过程中产生的dUTP。在保真PCR反应过程中，dCTP可以自发脱*基，形成dUTP，PCR产物中掺入dUTP将导致扩增产物突变，具有校正活性的聚合酶活性丧失，不具有校正活性的聚合酶速度减慢。dUTPase可以将dUTP维持在较低水平，防止dUTP的错误掺入。

产品特点：
1、提高PCR产量：由于减少了UTP掺入引起的扩增抑制，能够显著提高pfu酶的扩增产量。
2、提高准确度：由于产量提高，用更少的循环可以获得有效扩增，进而减少突变机会。
3、增加扩增长度：dUTPase的加入促进长片段的扩增。

产品用途：提高PCR扩增的产量；提高长片段扩增效率。

使用建议：耐热dUTPase能够直接加入到PCR反应混合物中用于促进PCR效果。建议使用浓度：每50μl反应体系中加入10单位dUTPase.

活性定义：85℃条件下，缓冲液20mM Hepes pH7.5. 150mM KCl. 5mM MgCl2.体系中1分钟内转化1uM dUTP为 dUMP，定义为1个单位。

质量保证：本品经多次柱纯化，SDS-PAGE电泳检测仅可见清晰单一的目标条带；PCR方法检测物大肠杆菌DNA 残留；无内，外切核酸酶污染。

应用示例：

关于Podoplanin：

Podoplanin is a type-1 transmembrane protein that belongs to Podoplanin family. PDPN expressed in various specialized cell types throughout the body. It highly expressed in placenta, lung, skeletal muscle and brain, weakly expressed in brain, kidney and liver. In placenta, PDPN expressed on the apical plasma membrane of endothelium, in lung, expressed in alveolar epithelium. PDPN physiological function is related to its mucin-type character. PDPN may be involved in cell migration and/or actin cytoskeleton organization. When expressed in keratinocytes, induces changes in cell morphology with transfected cells showing an elongated shape, numerous membrane protrusions, and major reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton, increased motility and decreased cell adhesion. It requires for normal lung cell proliferation and alveolus formation at birth and Induces platelet aggregation. Nevertheless, it doesn’t have any effect on amino acid transport and the aquaporin-type water channels.

关于MECR：
Trans-2-Enoyl-CoA Reductase Mitochondrial (MECR) belongs to the zinc-containing alcohol dehydrogenase family. MECR localizes to the mitochondrion. It is highly expressed in skeletal and heart muscle and expressed at lower levels in the placenta, liver, kidney and pancreas, with weakly or no expression in the lung. MECR exists as a homodimer, which catalyzes the reduction of trans-2-enoyl-CoA to acyl-CoA with chain length from C6 to C16 in an NADPH-dependent manner with preference to medium chain length substrate. MECR may take part in the mitochondrial synthesis of fatty acids.
