关于CDO1：
Cysteine Dioxygenase Type 1 (CDO1) is a mammalian non-heme iron enzyme that belongs to the cysteine dioxygenase family. CDO1 is highly expressed in the liver and placenta, and has a low expression in heart, brain and pancreas. CDO1 can also be detected in hepatoblastoma HepG2 cells. CDO1 catalyzes the conversion of L-cysteine to cysteine sulfinic acid by incorporation of dioxygen. CDO1 is a vital regulator of cellular cysteine concentrations and has an essential role in maintaining the hepatic concentration of intracellular free cysteine within a proper narrow range. CDO1 is able to alter intracellular cysteine levels and glutathione levels.

Chemokine (C-C Motif) Ligand 1 (CCL1) is a small glycoprotein secreted by activated T cells, which play a central role during immunoregulatory and inflammaion processes. Human CCL1 has been assumed to be a homologue of the mouse TCA3. While the two proteins share only approximately 42% amino acid sequence identity, both chemokines contain an extra pair of cysteine residues not found in most other chemokines. CCL1 attracts monocytes, NK cells, and immature B cells and dendritic cells by interacting with cell surface chemokine receptor CCR8. CCL1 is identified as a potent inhibitor of HIV-1 envelope-mediated cell-cell fusion and virus infection.

T-cell surface antigen CD2 is also known as Erythrocyte receptor, LFA-2, LFA-3 receptor, Rosette receptor, T-cell surface antigen T11/Leu-5. It is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CD2 gene. It is a single-pass type I membrane protein.contains 1 Ig-like C2-typedomain and 1 Ig-like V-type domain. T-cell surface antigen CD2 interacts with lymphocyte function-associated antigen (LFA-3) and CD48/BCM1 to mediate adhesion between T-cells and other cell types. It is implicated in the triggering of T-cells, the cytoplasmic domain is implicated in the signaling function.
