关于CELA3A：
Chymotrypsin-Like Elastase Family Member 3A (CELA3A) is an enzyme that contains one peptidase S1 domain. ELA3A belongs to the peptidase S1 family of the Elastase subfamily. ELA3A is secreted from the pancreas as a zymogen and, like other serine proteases such as trypsin, chymotrypsin and kallikrein, it has a digestive function in the intestine. ELA3A may also function in the intestinal transport and metabolism of cholesterol. ELA3A is efficient protease with alanine specificity but only little elastolytic activity. ELA3A preferentially cleaves proteins after alanine residues.

Alpha-Synuclein (SNCA) is a member of the Synuclein family. SNCA is expressed principally in brain but also expressed in low concentrations in all tissues except liver. SNCA interacts with UCHL1, Phospholipase D and histones. SNCA can include beta- and gamma-synuclein. In addition, SNCA is an important regulatory component of vesicular transport in neuronal cells. It has been suggested that SNCA is related to the pathogenesis of Parkinsons Disease and neurodegenerative disorders. Defects in SNCA will lead to Dementia Lewy Body (DLB).

Platelet-derived growth factor receptors (PDGFR) are cell surface tyrosine kinase receptors for members of the platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) family. The PDGF family consists of PDGF-A, -B, -C and -D, which form either homo- or heterodimers (PDGF-AA, -AB, -BB, -CC, -DD). The four PDGFs are inactive in their monomeric forms. PDGFs bind to the protein tyrosine kinase receptors PDGF receptor-α and -β. These two receptor isoforms dimerize upon binding the PDGF dimer, leading to three possible receptor combinations, namely -αα, -ββ and -αβ. PDGFRα and PDGFRβ are members of the class III RTK family. Inappropriate PDGFRα and PDGFRβ signaling has been linked to a number of proliferative disorders.
