关于PAP：
Human PAP, also known as 28 kDa heat- and acid-stable phosphoprotein, PDGF-associated protein, PDGFA-associated protein 1, PDAP1, HASPP28, is a protein which belongs to the PDAP1 family. The encoded protein in rodents has been shown to bind PDGFA with a low affinity. PDGF-Associated Protein (PAP) is a phosphoprotein that may enhance PDGFA-stimulated cell growth in fibroblasts, but inhibits the mitogenic effect of PDGFB. PDAP1 expression is induced by TNF-alpha, and cells overexpressing PDAP1 show significantly less apoptosis on exposure to TNF-alpha.

Receptor-type tyrosine-protein phosphatase-like N (PTPRN) belongs to the protein-tyrosine phosphatase family and receptor class 8 subfamily. PTPRN contains 1 tyrosine-protein phosphatase domain, is expressed in neuroendo*(代"c")rine cells only. PTPs are known to be signaling molecules that regulate a variety of cellular processes including cell growth, differentiation, mitotic cycle, and oncogenic transformation. It implicated in neuroendo*(代"c")rine secretory processes. It may be involved in processes specific for neurosecretory granules, such as their biogenesis, trafficking or regulated exocytosis or may have a general role in neuroendo*(代"c")rine functions. It seems to lack intrinsic enzyme activity, may play a role in the regulation of secretory granules via its interaction with SNTB2.This PTP was found to be an autoantigen that is reactive with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM) patient sera, and thus may be a potential target of autoimmunity in diabetes mellitus.

Poliovirus Receptor (PVR) is a 70 kDa type I transmembrane single-span glycoprotein that belongs to the nectin-like (Necl) family and was originally identified based on its ability to mediate the cell attachment and entry of poliovirus (PV), an etiologic agent of the central nervous system disease poliomyelitis. PVR contains three Ig-like extracellular domains, a transmembrane segment, and a cytoplasmic tail. The normal cellular function of PVR maybe the involvement of intercellular adhension between epithelial cells. Alternate splicing of the PVR mRNA yields four different isoforms (α, β, γ, and δ) with identical extracellular domains.

Inducible Co-Stimulator Ligand (ICOSLG) belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily. ICOSLG contains Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain and 1 Ig-like V-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain. ICOSLG acts as a costimulatory signal for T-cell proliferation and cytokine secretion, it also induces B-cell proliferation and differentiation into plasma cells. It could play an important role in mediating local tissue responses to inflammatory conditions, as well as in modulating the secondary immune response by co-stimulating memory T-cell function. ICOSLG is widely expressed lymph nodes, leukocytes and spleen, detected on activated monocytes and dendritic cells.
