关于BAMBI：
BMP and Activin Membrane-Bound Inhibitor Homolog (BAMBI) is a single-pass type I membrane protein that belongs to the BAMBI family. BAMBI is highly expression in kidney medulla, placenta and spleen. BAMBI is induced by BMP signaling through the evolutionary conserved BMP-responsive elements in its promoter. BAMBI plays important roles in signal transduction in many developmental and pathological processes. BAMBI transcription is activated by Wnt/beta-catenin signaling then its expression is aberrantly elevated in most colorectal carcinomas. BAMBI stably associates with TGF-β-family receptors and inhibits BMP and activin as well as TGF-β signalling. BAMBI negatively regulates TGF-β-family signalling by a regulatory mechanism involving the interaction of signalling receptors with a pseudoreceptor.

关于Vanin-1：
Vanin-1 is a cell membrane protein which contains one CN hydrolase domain and belongs to the CN hydrolase family and BTD/VNN subfamily. Vanin-1 is also a member of the Vanin family of proteins, which share extensive sequence similarity with each other, and also with biotinidase. The family includes secreted and membrane-associated proteins, a few of which have been reported to participate in hematopoietic cell trafficking. Vanin-1 is widely expressed with higher expression in spleen, kidney and blood and overexpressed in lesional psoriatic skin. No biotinidase activity has been demonstrated for any of the vanin proteins; however, they possess pantetheinase activity, which may play a role in oxidative-stress response. Vanin-1 is an epithelial pantetheinase that provides cysteamine to tissue and regulates response to stress. Vanin-1 is expressed by enterocytes, and its absence limits intestinal epithelial cell production of proinflammatory signals. Vanin-1 regulates late adhesion steps of thymus homing under physiological, noninflammatory conditions. The early imp*(代"a")ct of vanin-1 deficiency on tumor induction was directly correlated to the amount of inflammation and subsequent epithelial proliferation rather than cell death rate. Vanin-1 molecule was shown to be involved in the control of thymus reconstitution following sub-lethal irradiation.

关于CD86/B7-2：
The protein is the receptor that involved in the costimulatory signal essential for T-lymphocyte proliferation and interleukin-2 production, by binding CD28 or CTLA-4. It may play a critical role in the early events of T-cell activation and costimulation of naive T-cells, such as deciding between immunity and anergy that is made by T-cells within 24 hours after activation. Isoform 2 interferes with the formation of CD86 clusters, and thus acts as a negative regulator of T-cell activation. The protein interacts with MARCH8， human herpesvirus 8 MIR2 protein, adenovirus subgroup B fiber proteins and acts as a receptor for these viruses.It is expressed by activated B-lymphocytes and monocytes and promoted by MARCH8 and results in endo*(代"c")ytosis and lysosomal degradation.It contains 1 Ig-like C2-type(immunoglobulin-like) domainand 1 Ig-like V-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain.
