INTRODUCTION

NTAL participates in FCER1 (high affinity immunoglobulin epsilon receptor)-mediated signaling in mast cells. NTAL takes part in BCR (B-cell antigen receptor)-mediated signaling in B-cells and FCGR1 (high affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc receptor I)-mediated signaling in myeloid cells. Couples activation of these receptors and their associated kinases with distal intracellular events through the recruitment of GRB2.

DESCRIPTION

NTAL Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 238 amino acids (27-243 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 26.2 kDa. NTAL protein is fused to a 21 amino acid His tag at N-terminus and is purified by standard chromatography.

FORMULATION

NTAL Human solution containing 20mM Trsi HCL pH-8, & 10% glycerol.

STABILITY

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. 
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
