靶点/蛋白:Goat anti-Human CD305 antibody recognises human Leukocyte-associated immunoglobulin-like receptor 1, also known as CD305 or LAIR-1. CD305 is a 287 amino acid ~30kDa, single pass typeI transmembrane glycoprotein, expressed by natural killer cells, monocytes, dendritic cells, and T cells, and also by other hematopoeitic cells including B cells, but is not expressed by platelets or erythrocytes.Although structurally related to other killer cell inhibitory receptors, CD305 does not appear to recognize HLA class I, providing a novel mechanism of HLA class I-independent NK cell regulation. CD305 has been shown to inhibit proliferation, cellular activation and inflammation, and to induce apoptosis in myeloid leukemia cell lines, and found to be expressed at abnormally low levels in naive B cells from HIV-1 infected patients.
