描述:SGC2085 is a potent and selective coactivator associated arginine methyltransferase 1 (CARM1) Inhibitor with an IC50 of 50 nM and more than undred-fold selectivity over other PRMTs. CARM1 is an important positive modulator of Wnt/β-catenin transcription and neoplastic transformation in colorectal cancer as well as a critical factor in estrogen-stimulated breast cancer growth, and its depletion results in decreased proliferation of myeloid leukemia cells in vivo.

freezingfall 大家好，我最近做的Pretro-HIG-XX以及对照Pretro-HIG的转染胃癌细胞系SGC7901，用的是lipofectamine2000试剂，六孔板按照protocol步骤转染，连续三次转染之后对照组的细胞均死亡，换HD试剂转染后不存在这种情况，可排除质粒问题，请问各位战友，究竟是什么原因导致如此现象，困惑中~~~~~~~~~~~~ zhujoker 自己注意一下你的转染试剂是不是假的，我估计
