S100A12保存：
冻干蛋白置于-20℃以下可长期保存，室温条件下可稳定保存3周。
复溶蛋白溶液可在4～7℃保存2～7天，可分装后置于-20℃保存三个月。

S100A12复溶：
打开试剂管前请先离心。
复溶浓度推荐大于100 μg/ml。
冻干蛋白请溶于ddH2O。
复溶后，请根据用量分装冻存，避免反复冻融。

关于S100A12：
Human EN-RAGE belongs to the S100/calgranulin superfamily. There are at least 21 different S100 proteins and the protein is 100% soluble in ammonium sulfate at neutral pH. S100 proteins play a role in regulation of protein phosphorylation, transcription factors, the dynamics of cytoskeleton constituents, enzyme activities, cell growth and differentiation, and the inflammatory response.Human EN-RAGE is characterized by two EF-hand calcium-binding motifs, zinc- and copper-binding protein.S100A12 is a disulfide-linked homodimer and the interface between the two subunits is composed mostly of hydrophobic residues.Its proinflammatory activity involves recruitment of leukocytes, promotion of cytokine and chemokine production, and regulation of leukocyte adhesion and migration. EN-RAGE acts as an alarmin or a danger associated molecular pattern (DAMP) molecule and stimulates innate immune cells via binding to receptor for advanced glycation endproducts (AGER). Binding to AGER activates the MAP-kinase and NF-kappa-B signaling pathways leading to production of proinflammatory cytokines and up-regulation of cell adhesion molecules ICAM1 and VCAM1. It also acts as a monocyte and mast cell chemoattractant. Moreover, it can stimulate mast cell degranulation and activation which generates chemokines, histamine and cytokines inducing further leukocyte recruitment to the sites of inflammation. It can inhibit the activity of matrix metalloproteinases; MMP2, MMP3 and MMP9 by chelating Zn2+from their active sites.

Peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase NIMA-interacting 4(PIN4) is a peptidyl-prolyl cis/trans isomerase (PPIase) which interacts with NIMA and is vital for cell cycle regulation. PIN4 has 2 different isoforms: PAR14 and PAR17. Furthermore, PIN4 protein binds to double-stranded DNA under physiological salt conditions. PIN4 is involved as a ribosomal RNA processing factor in ribosome biogenesis. The PAR14 binds to tightly bent AT-rich stretches of double-stranded DNA, but PAR17 binds to double-stranded DNA.
