关于ACOT13：
Acyl-coenzyme A thioesterase 13, also known as Thioesterase superfamily member 2, ACOT13, THEM2 and PNAS-27, is a member of the thioesterase PaaI family. Acyl-CoA thioesterases catalyze the hydrolysis of acyl-CoAs to the free fatty acid and coenzyme A (CoASH), providing the potential to regulate intracellular levels of acyl-CoAs, free fatty acids and CoASH. THEM2 is a cytoplasmic protein and exsis in a homotetramer. THEM2 has been identified as an interacting protein of phosphatidylcholine transfer protein. THEM2 also regulates hepatic lipid and glucose metabolism.

Recombinant Human Urokinase-Type Plasminogen Activator is a serine protease, which specifically cleaves the zymogen plasminogen to form the active enzyme plasmin. Urokinase-Type Plasminogen Activator is a potent marker of invasion and metastasis in many human cancers associated with breast, colon, stomach, bladder, brain, ovary and endometrium. Human Urokinase-Type Plasminogen Activator is initially synthesized as 431 amino acid precursor with a N-terminal signal peptide residues. The single chain molecule is processed into a disulfide-linked two-chain molecule. There exists two forms A chain, the long A chain contains an EGF-like domain that is responsible for binding of the uPA receptor. The B chain corresponds to the catalytic domain.

关于TL1A/TNFSF15：
Tumor Necrosis Factor Ligand Superfamily Member 15 (TNFSF15) is a new member of the tumor necrosis factor family. TNFSF15 is predominantly an endothelial cell-specific gene, and recombinant TNFSF15 is a potent inhibitor of endothelial cell proliferation, angiogenesis and tumor growth. TNFSF15 exerts two activities on endothelial cells: early G1 arrest of G0/G1-cells responding to growth stimuli and programmed cell death of proliferating cells. These activities are highly specific to endothelial cells. TNFSF15 is also able to regulate the expression of several important genes involved in angiogenesis. These findings are consistent with the view that TNFSF15 functions as an autocrine cytokine to inhibit angiogenesis and stabilize the vasculature.
