1、快速：UltraTaq扩增速度为普通Taq酶的4倍，72℃保温10-15秒可延伸1kb以上。

使用建议：
1、使用本试剂扩增得到的PCR产物3´ 端有一突出"A"碱基，可直接克隆于T载体中。
2、由于UltraTaq酶的准确度低于Pfu/Fast Pfu聚合酶，如需扩增克隆较长片段建议换用Pfu/Fast Pfu酶。当扩增大片段时，UltraTaq酶的扩增效率低于UltraTaq Plus酶，在扩增大片段时建 议换用UltraTaq Plus酶。

应用实例：


图例一）50μl扩增体系中，以50ng 人基因组DNA为模板，对3kb片段的扩增结果。
泳道M：1KB DNA Marker； 泳道1：泳道2：扩增3kb片段结果；

图例二）50μl扩增体系中，分别以50ng～0.05ng人基因组DNA为模板，可对特定基因片段（1.2kb）进行很好的扩增。

NKG2-A/NKG2-B Type II Integral Membrane Protein contains 1 C-type lectin domain and belongs to the killer cell lectin-like receptor family. The killer cell lectin-like receptor family is a group of transmembrane proteins preferentially expressed in NK cells. Members of this proteins is characterized by the type II membrane orientation and the presence of a C-type lectin domain. NKG2 is expressed only in NK-cells, but not in T-cells or B-cells. It has been shown that NKG2 represents a family of related cDNA clones, designated NKG2A, NKG2B, NKG2C, and NKG2D, which encode type 2 integral membrane proteins (extracellular C-terminus) containing a C-type lectin domain. NKG2 plays a role as a receptor for the recognition of MHC class I HLA-E molecules by NK cells and some cytotoxic T-cells. NKG2A and NKG2B have been given the designation CD159a in the nomenclature of CD antigens.

It has been shown that FAS is involved in the physiological regulation of programmed cell death, and has been implicated in the pathogenesis of various malignancies and diseases of the immune system. Neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin(LCN2) is a secreted protein and belongs to the calycin superfamily. This protein is released from injured tubular cells after various damaging stimuli, is already known by nephrologists as one of the most promising biomarkers of incoming Acute Kidney Injury (AKI). Recent evidence also suggests its role as a biomarker in a variety of other renal and non-renal conditions. Moreover, recent studies seem to suggest a potential involvement of this factor also in the genesis and progression of chronic kidney diseases. NGAL is the first known mammalian protein which specifically binds organic molecules called siderophores, which are high-affinity iron chelators. NGAL, first known as an antibacterial factor of natural immunity, and an acute phase protein, is currently one of the most interesting and enigmatic proteins involved in the process of tumor development. acting as an intracellular iron carrier and protecting MMP9 from proteolytic degradation, NGAL has a clear pro-tumoral effect, as has already been observed in different tumors (e.g. breast, stomach, oesophagus, brain) in humans.
