CDH16保存：
冻干蛋白置于-20℃以下可长期保存，室温条件下可稳定保存3周。
复溶蛋白溶液可在4～7℃保存2～7天，可分装后置于-20℃保存三个月。

CDH16复溶：
打开试剂管前请先离心。
复溶浓度推荐大于100 μg/ml。
冻干蛋白请溶于ddH2O。
复溶后，请根据用量分装冻存，避免反复冻融。

关于CDH16：
Cadherin-16(CDH16) is a single-pass type I membrane protein which contains six cadherin domains. Mature cadherin proteins consist of a large N-terminal extracellular domain, a single membrane-spanning domain, and a small highly conserved C-terminal cytoplasmic domain. Cadherins are calcium-dependent cell adhesion proteins and may contribute to the sorting of heterogeneous cell types. They preferentially interact with themselves in a homophilic manner in connecting cells. Three calcium ions are usually bound at the interface of each cadherin domain and rigidify the connections, imp*(代"a")rting a strong curvature to the full-length ectodomain. CDH16 is exclusively expressed in kidney, where the protein functions as the principal mediator of homotypic cellular recognition. It plays a role in the morphogenic direction of tissue development. CDH16 is composed of an extracellular domain containing 6 cadherin domains, a transmembrane region and a truncated cytoplasmic domain. However, it lacks the prosequence and tripeptide HAV adhesion recognition sequence typical of most classical cadherins.

关于ST6GAL1：
The ST6GAL1 gene encodes β-Galactosamide α-2,6-Sialyltransferase 1. It is a type II membrane protein and is localized to the trans-Golgi network. It catalyzes 2,6-sialylation of Galβ1,4-GlcNAc structures on N-glycans. ST6GAL1 is highly expressed in the liver and other tissues. ST6GAL1 deficiency causes abnormalities in B-cell immunoreactivity. The expression and activity of ST6GAL1 are associated with tumor metastasis in breast and colon cancers. The majority of ST6GAL1 in the liver is cleaved and secreted into the serum and may be used as a biomarker for hepatitis diseases.
