控制机制。兔网织红细胞裂解物使用常规方法从新西兰白兔制得，保证每批的网织红细胞产量可靠而稳定。网织红细胞裂解后，用微球菌核酸酶处理提取物，以破坏内源 mRNA，将本底的翻译反应减到最小。裂解液含有蛋白质合成所必需的细胞组分 (tRNA，核糖体，氨基酸，起始、延伸和终止因子 )。
