活性定义：1单位(U) Taq DNA Polymerase活力定义为在74℃，30分钟内，以活性化的大马哈鱼精子DNA作为模板，将10 nmol脱氧核苷酸掺入到酸不溶物质所需的酶量。

适用范围： 用于小于6kb的对保真度要求不高的DNA片段的PCR扩增、DNA标记、引物延伸、序列测定、平末端加A等，产物可以直接用于T/A载体克隆。
建议PCR条件：预变性温度是95度，时间为5-10分钟，其它的和普通Taq酶的反应条件一样。
