1M Tris-HCl, pH7.6 (Sterile, DNase free)，即无菌、无DNA酶污染的1M Tris-HCl, pH7.6，是一种经过高温高压灭菌并灭活DNA酶的常用缓冲液。本产品可以用于各种要求无DNA酶污染的生化、分子生物学等实验，也可以用于要求无菌的细胞培养等相关溶液的配制。
Tris也称Tris base、Tris碱或2-Amino-2-(hydroxymethyl)-1, 3-propanediol，分子式为C4H11NO3，分子量121.14。本产品使用纯度>99.9%的Tris配制，并用盐酸调节pH至7.6后，经过高温高压灭菌和灭活DNA酶处理。
