关于CRBP-III/RBP5：
Retinol-binding proteins (RBP) are a family of proteins with diverse functions. They are carrier proteins that bind retinol. Retinol and retinoic acid play crucial roles in the modulation of gene expression and overall development of an embryo. However, deficit or excess of either one of these substances can cause early embryo mortality or developmental malformations. Regulation of transport and metabolism of retinol necessary for a successful pregnancy is accomplished via RBP. Retinol binding proteins have been identified within the uterus, embryo, and extraembryonic tissue of the bovine, ovine, and porcine, clearly indicating that RBP plays a role in proper retinol exposure to the embryo and successful transport at the maternal-fetal interface.

关于ANTXR1：
Anthrax Toxin Receptor 1 (ANTXR1) is a single-pass type I membrane protein that belongs to the ATR family. ANTXR1 contains one VWFA domain and binds PA through the VWA domain. ANTXR1 is highly expressed in tumor endothelial cells. ANTXR1 plays a role in cell attachment and migration. ANTXR1 interacts with extracellular matrix proteins and the actin cytoskeleton, it mediates adhesion of cells to type 1 collagen and gelatin, reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton and promotes cell spreading. It is also involved in the angiogenic response of cultured umbilical vein endothelial cells, up-regulated in cultured angiogenic umbilical vein endothelial cells. Defects in ANTXR1 are associated with susceptibility to hemangioma capillary infantile (HCI).

关于Coagulation Factor Xa/F10：
Mouse coagulation factor X / F10 a member of the peptidase S1 family. The mature F10 is composed mostly of two EGF-like domains, one Gla gamma-carboxy-glutamate domain and one peptidase S1 domain. Factor Xa is a vitamin K-dependent plasma protease that converts prothrombin to thrombin in the presence of factor Va, calcium and phospholipid during blood clotting. The two chains of F10 are formed from a single-chain precursor by the excision of two Arg residues. A single-chain precursor is initially synthesized in the liver. The light and heavy chains are linked together by disulfide bonds. The light chain contains a Gla and two EGF-like domains. The heavy chain corresponds to the serine protease domain. It can form a heterodimer with SERPINA5.
