Fructose Bisphosphate Aldolase A (ALDOA) belongs to the class I fructose-bisphosphate aldolase family. ALDOA is a glycolytic enzyme that catalyzes the reversible conversion of fructose-1,6-bisphosphate to glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate and dihydroxyacetone phosphate. In vertebrates, three forms of this ubiquitous glycolytic enzyme are found, Aldolase A in muscle, Aldolase B in liver and aldolase C in brain. Aldolase A Interacts with SNX9 and WAS. Aldolase A deficiency has been associated with myopathy and hemolytic anemia. In addition, Aldolase A plays an important role in glycolysis and gluconeogenesis; it may also act as a scaffolding protein.

Repulsive guidance molecule A(RGMA) is a cell membrane protein and belongs to the repulsive guidance molecule (RGM) family. It interacts with NEO1, BMP2 and BMP4. RGMA is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored glycoprotein that functions as an axon guidance protein in the developing and adult central nervous system. It helps guide Retinal Ganglion Cell (RGC) axons to the tectum in the midbrain. RGMa has been implicated to play an important role in the developing brain and in the scar tissue that forms after a brain injury. This protein may also function as a tumor suppressor in some cancers.

Grancalcin (GCA) is a member of the penta EF hand subfamily which includes sorcin, calpain and ALG2. Grancalcin is highly expressed bone marrow and also can detected in neutrophils and macrophages. Grancalcin interacts with L-plastin which known to have actin bundling activity. It indicates that Grancalcin may play an important role in the adhesion of neutrophils to fibronectin. Furthermore, Grancalcin localization is dependent upon calcium and magnesium. It associates with both the granule and membrane fractions, which suggested a role for grancalcin in granule-membrane fusion and degranulation.
