Human Dynein Cytoplasmic Light Chain 1 (DYNLL1) has been identified as a protein that interacts with NOS1, leading to NOS1 inhibition. NOS1 dimer is destabilized after binding DYNLL1 a conformation necessary activity, and it regulate numerous biologic processes throughits effects on nitric oxide synthase activity. DYNLL1 is widely expressed, with higher expression in testis and moderate expression in brain.

关于PAPSS1：
PAPSS1 is a bifunctional enzyme with both ATP sulfurylase and APS kinase activity. In the N-terminal section, it belongs to the APS kinase family; while the C-terminal section belongs to the sulfate adenylyltransferase family. PAPSS1 can be inhibited by chlorate, and is expressed in many tissues, such as high endothelial venules (HEV) cells and in cartilage. PAPSS1 mediates two steps in the sulfate activation pathway. The first step is the transfer of a sulfate group to ATP to yield adenosine 5-phosphosulfate (APS), and the second step is the transfer of a phosphate group from ATP to APS yielding 3-phosphoadenylylsulfate. In mammals, PAPS is the sole source of sulfate; APS appears to be only an intermediate in the sulfate-activation pathway. PAPSS1 also involved in the biosynthesis of sulfated L-selectin ligands in endothelial cells.

Eukaryotic Translation Initiation Factor 1A, X-Chromosomal (EIF1AX) is an essential eukaryotic translation initiation factor that belongs to the eIF-1A family. EIF1AX is required for the binding of the 43S complex (a 40S subunit, eIF2/GTP/Met-tRNAi and eIF3) to the 5 end of capped RNA and has been shown to interact with IPO13. EIF1AX contains one S1-like domain and seems to be required for maximal rate of protein biosynthesis. Enhances ribosome dissociation into subunits and stabilizes the binding of the initiator Met-tRNA(I) to 40 S ribosomal subunits.
