RNase H，即Ribonuclease H，中文名为核糖核酸酶H，是一种核糖核酸内切酶，可以特异性地水解DNA-RNA杂合链中的RNA。RNase H不能水解单链或双链DNA或RNA中的磷酸二酯键，即不能消化单链或双链DNA或RNA。
特点：特异性消化DNA-RNA杂合链中的RNA，常用于cDNA第二链的合成。
用途：DNA-RNA杂合链中去除RNA，例如cDNA第二条链合成前去除mRNA；通过互补的DNA序列实现对RNA的定点剪切；除去杂交到poly(dT)上的mRNA中的poly(A)；体外多腺苷酸化反应(polyadenylation reaction)产物研究。
