一般描述
脂肪酸-白蛋白复合物在无血清培养基的研制中用作脂质的替代来源。其中脂肪酸以高配比与血清蛋白质相结合。这些蛋白质可以释放有益脂肪酸并结合那些有抑制作用的脂肪酸。油酸与牛血清白蛋白（BSA）结合有利于多种细胞类型（例如幼仓鼠肾 BHK）的生长。多不饱和和单不饱和脂肪酸（如，亚油酸和油酸）在用作培养基补充剂使用时会产生协同效应。
