| 产品描述： | Myosin is a hexameric protein involved in muscle contraction, which consists of two heavy chains (200kDa), and four light chains (20kDa): two phosphorylated regulatory subunits (MLC2) and two non-phosphorylated subunits (alkali or MLC1 and MLC3 types). Myosin (smooth) (myosin heavy chain, smooth muscle isoform, also called MYH11) is mapped to the region 16p13.13-p13.12. Defects in MYH11 are the cause of familial aortic aneurysm thoracic type 4 (AAT4 or TAAD). |
