Peptidyl-Prolyl Cis-Trans Isomerase FKBP7 (FKBP7) is a member of the FKBP-type peptidyl-prolyl cis/trans isomerase (PPIase) family. FKBP7 contains two EF-hand domains and one PPIase FKBP-type domain. FKBP7 exhibits PPIase activity and function as molecular chaperones. In addition, FKBP7 accelerates the folding of proteins during protein synthesis. It has been shown that Hsp90 complex to the nucleus bind its PPIase domain to cytoplasmic dynein, the motor protein responsible for retrograde movement along microtubules.

Disks large homolog 4(DLG4) is a cell membrane protein and it is a member of the membrane-associated guanylate kinase (MAGUK) family. The protein contains 1 guanylate kinase-like domain，3 PDZ (DHR) domains and1 SH3 domain.With PSD-93 it is recruited into the same NMDA receptor and potassiu*(代"m") channel clusters. These two MAGUK proteins may interact at postsynaptic sites to form a multimeric scaffold for the clustering of receptors, ion channels, and associated signaling proteins. DLG4 is the best studied member of the MAGUK-family of PDZ domain-containing proteins. Like all MAGUK-family proteins, its basic structure includes three PDZ domains, an SH3 domain, and a guanylate kinase-like domain (GK) connected by disordered linker regions. It is almost exclusively located in the post synaptic density of neurons, and is involved in anchoring synaptic proteins. Its direct and indirect binding partners include neuroligin, NMDA receptors, AMPA receptors, and potassiu*(代"m") channels.

关于VEGF164：
Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF/VEGF-A ) is originally known as vascular permeability factor (VPF). It belongs to the PDGF family with a cysteine-knot structure comprised of eight conserved cysteine residues, and reckoned as a potent mediator in the process of angiogenesis and vasculogenesis in either fetus or adult. VEGF is particularly expressed in supraoptic , paraventricular nuclei and the choroid plexus of the pituitary, and abundant in the corpus luteum of the ovary and in kidney glomeruli. The rat VEGF protein contains a putative 20 amino acids (aa) signal peptide, and alternative splicing of rat VEGF gene produces isoforms of 120, 144, 164 and 188 aa. Rat VEGF164 respectively displays 97% and 88% aa identity with that regions of mouse and human VEGF. VEGF can bind to the FLT1/VEGFR1 and KDR/VEGFR2 receptors, heparan sulfate and heparin, and play important roles in inducing endothelial cell proliferation, promoting cell migration, inhibiting apoptosis and inducing permeabilization of blood vessels.
