Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 10mM Tris-Citrate, 150mM NaCl, pH 8.0.

Purity:	Greater than 95% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin:	Less than 0.1 ng/μg (1 EU/μg) as determined by LAL test.

Bioactivity-Elisa:

Immobilized Human SIRPA-Fc (Cat#CP67) at 10μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind Human CD47-His (Cat#C321). The ED50 of Human CD47-His(Cat#C321) is 13-89 ng/ml.	000000	Immobilized Human CD47-His(Cat#C321) at 10μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind Anti-Human CD47 mAb-IgG4Fc(Cat#NC011). The ED50 of Anti-Human CD47 mAb-IgG4Fc(Cat#NC011) is 19.9 ng/ml.
HPLC:		Bioactivity-BLI:
The purity of Human CD47-His (Cat#C321)  is greater than 95% as determined by SEC-HPLC.		Loaded Anti-Human CD47 mAb-Fc(Cat#NC011) on Protein A Biosensor, can bind  Human CD47-His(Cat#C321) with an affinity constant of 0.25 nM as determined in BLI assay.

 

复溶(Reconstitution)

Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting.
It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/ml.
Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.    

 

保存(Storage)

Lyophilized protein should be stored at < -20°C, though stable at room temperature for 3 weeks.Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7°C for 2-7 days.Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at < -20°C for 3 months.     

 

背景(Background)

CD47(Integrin-Associated Protein,IAP) is a 40 - 60 kDa variably glycosylated atypical member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. The ubiquitously expressed CD47 binds to SIRP family members on macrophages, neutrophils, and T cells. CD47 is involved in the increase in intracellular calcium concentration that occurs upon cell adhesion to extracellular matrix. The protein is also a receptor for the C-terminal cell-binding domain of thrombospondin, and it may play a role in membrane transport and signal transduction. This protein has broad tissue distribution, and is reduced in expression on Rh erythrocytes.
