| 产品介绍 | Aluminum chloride hexahydrate is the aqueous form of aluminum chloride. The solution is acidic and has a good conductance for electricity. In neuronal SH-SY5Y cells exposed to aluminum chloride, the cells displayed early mRNA expression upregulation of BACE (β site APP-cleaving enzyme 1) and BACE2. Aluminimum chloride has displayed activation and upregulation of SOD-2 (MnSOD, manganese superoxide dismutase), a toxic superoxide radical scavenger enzyme, in Schizosaccharomyces pombe. In rat cortical astrocytes, Aluminum chloride has been documented to stimulate the release of both TAUT (Taurine) and GABA. Aluminum chloride has been observed to inhibit the calcium-dependent and -independent protease degradation of neurofilament proteins in mouse CNS cytoskeletal preparations. |
