【产品概述】
本产品为预混有1x上样缓冲液的即用型DNA分子量标准，由7条线状双链DNA条带组成，适用于对250~15000 bp的双链DNA分子大小的估算和粗略定量。本产品的7条带分别为250、1000、2500、5000、7500、10000和15000 bp。其中2500 bp条带浓度最大，为20 ng/µl，其余条带浓度约为10 ng/µl。
