【产品概述】
本产品为预混有上样缓冲液的即用型DNA分子量标准，由9条线状双链DNA条带组成，适用于对100~8000 bp的双链DNA分子大小的估算和粗略定量。本产品的9条带分别为100、250、500、750、1000、2000、3000和5000 bp、8000 bp。其中750 bp条带浓度最大，为100 ng/5 µl，其余条带浓度约为50 ng/5 µl。
