Secoisolariciresinol diglucoside (1-50 μM; 24 h) attenuates human monocyte adhesion to and migration across human brain endothelial monolayers.
In Vivo: Secoisolariciresinol diglucoside (4 mg/mouse; a single p.o.) diminishes leukocyte adhesion and migration across blood-brain barrier (BBB) in neuroinflammation.
