NCI-H460 is a large cell lung cancer cell line, derived from the metastatic pleural fluid. Express detectable wild-type p53 mRNA that normal lung tissue does, and has a unique point that do not exhibit significant structural DNA abnormalities. NCI-H1460 is a hypotriploid cell line, with a negative neurofilament triplet protein.
