关于INPP1：
Inositol Polyphosphate 1-Phosphatase (INPP1) is a member of the inositol monophosphatase family. INPP1 is widely expressed in tissues, with highest expression levels observed in the pancreas and kidney. INPP1 is inhibited by Li+. Removing the phosphate group at position 1 of the inositol ring from the polyphosphates inositol 1,4-bisphosphate and inositol 1,3,4-trisphophosphate. INPP1 is involved in signal transduction and phosphatidylinositol signaling pathway.

关于WBP1：
WW Domain-Binding Protein 1 (WBP1) is widely expressed in many tissues, but it is lowly expressed in the lung, placenta, kidney, and liver. WBP1 contains two WW-binding motifs: WW-binding 1 and WW-binding 2 that are involved in mediating protein-protein interactions through the binding of polyproline ligands. The WW-binding domain is composed of 38 to 40 semi-conserved amino acids shared by proteins with diverse functions including structural, regulatory, and signaling proteins. In addition, WBP1 also encodes a ligand of the WW domain of the Yes kinase-associated protein. This function has not been determined.

PTPRN contains 1 tyrosine-protein phosphatase domain, is expressed in neuroendo*(代"c")rine cells only. PTPs are known to be signaling molecules that regulate a variety of cellular processes including cell growth, differentiation, mitotic cycle, and oncogenic transformation. It implicated in neuroendo*(代"c")rine secretory processes. It may be involved in processes specific for neurosecretory granules, such as their biogenesis, trafficking or regulated exocytosis or may have a general role in neuroendo*(代"c")rine functions. It seems to lack intrinsic enzyme activity, may play a role in the regulation of secretory granules via its interaction with SNTB2.This PTP was found to be an autoantigen that is reactive with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM) patient sera, and thus may be a potential target of autoimmunity in diabetes mellitus.
