关于LIMPII/SR-B2 ：
Lysosome membrane protein II (LIMPII)，also known as SCARB2, is a type III multi-pass membrane glycoprotein that is located primarily in limiting membranes of lysosomes and endosomes on all tissues and cell types so far examined. Earlier studies in mice and rat suggested that this protein may participate in membrane transportation and the reorganization of endosomal/lysosomal comp*(代"a")rtment. The protein deficiency in mice was reported to imp*(代"a")ir cell membrane transport processes and cause pelvic junction obstruction, deafness, and peripheral neuropathy. Further studies in human showed that this protein is identified as a receptor for EV71 (human enterovirus species A, Enterovirus 71) and CVA16 (coxsackievirus A16) which are most frequently associated with hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD). Mutations in this gene caused an autosomal recessive progressive myoclonic epilepsy-4 (EPM4), also known as action myoclonus-renal failure syndrome (AMRF). Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. In addition, LIMPII also has been shown to bind thrombospondin-1, may contribute to the pro-adhesive changes of activated platelets during coagulation, and inflammation.

Interleukin 17A (IL17A) is a proinflammatory cytokine secreted by activated T-lymphocytes. It is a potent inducer of the maturation of CD34-positive hematopoietic precursors into neutrophils. The transmembrane protein encoded by this gene (interleukin 17A receptor; IL17RA) is a ubiquitous type I membrane glycoprotein that binds with low affinity to interleukin 17A. Interleukin 17A and its receptor play a pathogenic role in many inflammatory and autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis. Like other cytokine receptors, this receptor likely has a multimeric structure.

关于LAG3 ：
Lymphocyte-activation gene 3 (LAG3), also known as CD223, is a type I transmembrane protein with four extracellular Ig-like domains, designated D1 to D4 and belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily. The gene for LAG3 lies adjacent to the gene for CD4 on human chromosome 12p13.32 and shares approximately 20% identical to the CD4 gene. LAG3 is expressed on activated T cells, natural killer cells, B cells and plasmacytoid dendritic cells. LAG3 binds with high affinity to MHC class II molecules, and it interferes competitively with the binding of CD4 to MHC class II and thereby blocks the transduction of stimulatory signals mediated by this interaction. LAG3 negatively regulates cellular proliferation, activation, and homeostasis of T cells, and plays an important role in Treg suppressive function. LAG3 is the target of various drug development programs to develop new treatments for cancer and autoimmune disorders. The soluble form, sLAG-3, is being developed as a cancer drug.
