关于DAN：
Differential screening-selected gene aberrative in neuroblastoma (DAN) is a member of the DAN family of secreted glycoproteins. DAN family antagonists are characterized by a DAN domain that contains a cystine knot motif which is essential for binding to BMP ligands. Members of this family include DAN, gremlin, protein related to DAN and cerberus (PRDC), cerberus, sclerostin (SOST) and uterine sensitization-associated gene 1 protein, and control diverse processes in growth, development and the cell cycle. It has also been reported that DAN family plays crucial role in early mouse embryo development by inhibiting the action of bone morphogenic proteins and modulating the action of transforming growth factor-β superfamily members. DAN is synthesized by small-to intermediate-sized DRG neurons and transported to the sensory nerve terminals in the skin or to the sensory nerve terminals in the dorsal horn. It has been reported that DAN is ubiquitously expressed in adult rat and human tissues. Morphological studies have revealed that, in adult rat, DAN mRNA is expressed ubiquitously in lung and brain, but not in liver.

Human Fatty Acid-Binding Protein 1 (FABP1) is a cytoplasm protein, which belongs to the calycin superfamily and Fatty-acid binding protein (FABP) family. Fatty acid binding proteins are a family of small, highly conserved, cytoplasmic proteins that bind long-chain fatty acids. FABP1 forms a beta-barrel structure that accommodates hydrophobic ligands in its interior. FABP1 can bind free fatty acids and their coenzyme A derivatives, bilirubin, and some other small molecules in the cytoplasm, so it can be involved in intracellular lipid transport.

Retinoic acid receptor responder protein 2(RARRES2) is a secreted protein that in humans is encoded by the RARRES2 gene. It is highly expressed in skin, also found in pancreas, liver, spleen, prostate, ovary, small intestine and colon. It is a chemoattractant protein that acts as a ligand for the G protein-coupled receptor CMKLR1. RARRES2 is secreted in an inactive form as prochemerin and is activated through cleavage of the C-terminus by inflammatory and coagulation serine proteases. It is thought to act as a cell surface receptor, found to stimulate chemotaxis of dendritic cells and macrophages to the site of inflammation. RARRES2 is inhibited in psoriatic lesions,it is activated by tazarotene in skin rafts and in the epidermis of psoriatic lesions.
