关于CRHBP：
Corticotropin-Releasing Factor-Binding Protein (CRHBP) is a 37 kDa secreted glycoprotein that binds both CRH and urocortin in a 42 kDa extracellular complex. The molecule is approximately 300 amino acids in length and demonstrates five intrachain disulfide bonds. Difference between CRHBP from different species exist, human CRHBP is found in plasma while rodent and sheep CRHBP is limited to neuroendo*(代"c")rine tissues. CRHBP may inactivate CRH and may prevent inappropriate pituitary-adrenal stimulation in pregnancy. CRHBP is presumed to either sequester CRH, rendering it unavailable to cells or transport it to target tissues. Although CRF-BP concentration in the human peripheral circulation is normally low, it increases throughout pregnancy and fall back rapidly after parturition.

关于FGF Acidic：
FGF acidic, also known as ECGF, FGF-1and HBGF-1, is a non-glycosylated heparin binding growth factor that is expressed in the brain, kidney, retina, smooth muscle cells, bone matrix, osteoblasts, astrocytes and endothelial cells. It is a mitogenic peptide that is produced by multiple cell types and stimulates the proliferation of cells of mesodermal, ectodermal, and endodermal origin. Its association with heparan sulfate is a prerequisite for activation of FGF receptors. Internalized FGF acidic migrates to the nucleus where it is phosphorylated by nuclear PKC delta, exported to the cytosol, dephosphorylated, and degraded. Intracellular FGF acidic inhibits p53 activity and proapoptotic signaling.

Medium-Chain Specific Acyl-CoA Dehydrogenase (ACADM) is a mitochondrial fatty acid beta-oxidation that belongs to the acyl-CoA dehydrogenase family. ACADM is a homotetramer enzyme that catalyzes the initial step of the mitochondrial fatty acid beta-oxidation pathway. ACADM is specific for acyl chain lengths of 4 to 16. It is essential for converting these particular fatty acids to energy, especially during fasting periods. Defects in ACADM cause medium-chain acyl-CoA dehydrogenase deficiency, a disease characterized by hepatic dysfunction, fasting hypoglycemia, and encephalopathy, which can result in infantile death.
