关于ZWINT：
ZW10 Interactor is localized to the kinetochores from late Prophase to Anaphase and has a uniform distribution in the cytoplasm of Interphase cells. ZWINT interacts ZW10, MIS12 and NDC80 subunit of the NDC80 complex specifically during mitosis. ZWINT is a part of the MIS12 complex which is required for kinetochore formation and spindle checkpoint activity. In addition, ZWINT is required to target ZW10 to the kinetochore at prometaphase.

关于B7-2/CD86 ：
T-lymphocyte activation antigen CD86 (B7-2) is a glycosylated protein in the B7 family. B7 family members are transmembrane cell surface molecules that play important roles in immune activation and the maintenance of immune tolerance. Mouse CD86 shares 59% and 81% aa sequence identity with human and rat CD86, respectively. It contains 1 Ig-like C2-type domainand 1 Ig-like V-type domain. It is highly expressed on activated antigen presenting cells. CD86 involved in the costimulatory signal essential for T-lymphocyte proliferation and interleukin-2 production, by binding CD28 or CTLA-4. It may play a critical role in the early events of T-cell activation and costimulation of naive T-cells, such as deciding between immunity and anergy that is made by T-cells within 24 hours after activation. It is expressed by activated B-lymphocytes and monocytes and promoted by MARCH8 and results in endo*(代"c")ytosis and lysosomal degradation.

Human IL-2RB, also known asinterleukin-2 receptor subunit beta,is the receptor for interleukin-2. IL2 receptor complex is involved in receptor mediated endo*(代"c")ytosis and transduces the mitogenic signals of IL2. IL2 receptor complex has three forms with respect to ability to bind IL2. IL-2RB is belonged to a type I membrane protein,and has a 26 residue signal peptide, a 214 residue extracellular region, a 25 residue transmembrane region and a 286 residue cytoplasmic domain. IL-2RB is the subunit critical for receptor-mediated signaling via physically or functionally coupling to other signaling molecules, such as the Jak-STAT and Src-family protein tyrosine kinase although it lacks apparent catalytic motifs.
